Angela is passionate about helping her clients with business management and improvement, and loves seeing clients grow.  With more than 21 years in practice she has a wealth of expertise in small business coaching and advice.  Angela takes a holistic approach so her clients don’t just achieve their business goals but their personal goals, and their dreams. She believes regular catch-ups and business/quarterly coaching are key to her clients’ successes.
 
Outside of work, Angela flies Cessnas!  She has her private pilot’s licence because as she says no one ever grew up actually wanting to be an accountant!!  She also enjoys arts and craft in all shapes and forms and outdoor pursuits particularly mountain biking (and has the medals to prove it).  She’s also hoping to get back into trail running.

Aimee has an extensive office management background with experience gained in the USA as well as New Zealand prior to her move to Whakatane a number of years ago.  She is a Certified Bookkeeper through the International Certified Bookkeepers of New Zealand and has a passion for assisting clients with add-on apps to help them run their business more efficiently.  Her expertise spans all aspects of bookkeeping for small businesses from cafes, through to retail and trades.
 
When she’s not in the office, Aimee enjoys getting outdoors mountain biking, and, in winter, skiing and snowboarding.  She also enjoys the more restful hobby of crochet.  

Charlene has wide experience in office administration gained in South Africa and New Zealand. She is skilled in database administration, inventory management and all aspects of front-of-office and back-office administration. She also has a background in tension and trauma release through exercise and is a qualified BabyGym instructor. Charlene loves being part of the team here and helping support our clients to achieve their goals.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two children and husband, alongside creating things – whether that be painting or woodwork. Charlene is a very creative person and belongs to a collective of artisans and craftspeople who create unique, quality products which are sold to the public.

Guilhem focuses on keeping the books in order making sure everything is organised and the numbers add up behind the scenes.
With an entrepreneurial background, Guilhem has founded and run several businesses, led teams, and brings a hands-on, practical approach to solving problems. He applies that experience to support our day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly from the inside out.

Passionate about technology and innovation, Guilhem is always exploring new tools and automation that can make financial management smarter, faster, and more accurate. He’s driven by curiosity constantly looking for ways to blend technology with good old-fashioned accounting discipline.
